Dry Scroll Pumps
Scroll pumps generate vacuum using a simple dual-scroll mechanism, in which one nested scroll orbits within the other, creating moving zones of captured gas. After the gas enters the scroll set at the perimeter, it is displaced and compressed toward the center hub, where it is exhausted. Quick predictable maintenance procedures minimize service down time and cost of ownership. Dry scroll pumps are an excellent alternative to oil-sealed pumps as they eliminate harmful oil emissions and the need for hazardous waste disposal.
Agilent IDP scroll pumps provide quiet, clean, and oil-free vacuum. These hermetic, dry pumps are well suited for analytical instrumentation, cryogenics, helium recirculation, freeze dryers, and backing turbo pumps. The newest IDP-35 and IDP-45 dry scroll pumps feature smart, user-friendly technology for increased control and precision, as well as remote real-time monitoring of your vacuum system.
Agilent TriScroll pumps are a proven robust & reliable scroll pump with high pumping speeds, low base pressures, and an optional inverter or 3-phase motor. TriScroll pumps are used in leak detection, manufacturing processes, and other industrial applications.
