Established in 1955 , Central Food Laboratory Kolkata has now been upgraded as National Food Laboratory and is a FSSAI Refferal Food Testing Facility. This laboratory is equipped with instruments to analyze parameters for:
1. Food Safety – Pesticide Residue Analysis/Heavy Metal/Aflatoxins
2. Food Quality / Proximate Analysis
3. Microbiology Analysis
Our scope consisted in the complete supply, installation and commissioning of Food Safety Laboratory Equipment and Analyzers like GC, AAS.
