Food Research and Standardization Laboratory (FRSL) is a Food testing laboratory established on 01-12-1971 under DGHS Ministry of Health & Family Welfare. The Laboratory has its own building at Ahinsa Khand, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad in the area of around 2.5 acre. FRSL has the status of a referral laboratory and is under administrative control of FSSAI

Scope included complete testing facilities as per the requirements of FSSR along with:

  • Infrastructure provision
    • Technical support, providing, Installing and commissioning Testing Equipment
    • Operation and maintenance of facilities, including testing of food samples as per FSSR-2011
